Trinity Western Spartans outside hitter Sophie Carpentier wrapped up her stellar U SPORTS career Sunday with a national bronze medal, leading the Spartans to a national podium finish for the third consecutive season. 

Carpentier, who led TWU over the tournament with 40 combined kills, was dominant from the service line in the Spartans win over Montreal on Sunday, recording a game-high seven aces.

The First Team All-Canadian finishes her career among the best in TWU and Canada West history, sitting third in career conference kills with 1226, fifth in kills per set (3.617), and tied for third in career Canada West aces (156).
